3. Legal Basis and Consent
Where required, we collect and process personal data with your consent or for legitimate business and legal purposes connected with seller onboarding, marketplace operations, order management, payouts, compliance and platform security.
You should provide only accurate and lawful information. If you provide information about another person, such as a staff member or contact person, you confirm that you have authority to share it with us.
4. KYC, PAN, GST and Verification
The Gallore may collect and verify seller KYC details such as PAN, GST, business identity, address, bank details and related documents.
We may use trusted third-party verification service providers to validate these details. These providers process information only for verification, compliance, risk control and related operational purposes.
Seller approval, listing approval, payouts or certain marketplace features may depend on successful verification.
5. Bank, Payments and Payouts
Bank and payout details are collected to process seller settlements, refunds, deductions, commission calculations and payout reconciliation.
Payment, payout, banking and verification partners may process relevant information as required to complete transactions, comply with law and prevent fraud.
The Gallore does not ask sellers to share sensitive banking passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs or OTPs for bank login. Sellers should never share such details with anyone claiming to represent The Gallore.
6. Product Listings and Public Information
Information added to product listings may become visible to buyers and visitors on The Gallore marketplace.

Do not upload private, confidential or third-party content unless you have the right to use it.
7. Sharing of Information
We may share relevant information with:
- Payment and payout partners
- OTP, SMS, email, WhatsApp and communication providers
- Push notification delivery providers
- KYC, PAN, GST and bank verification providers
- Shipping, pickup, return and logistics partners
- Technology, hosting, analytics, security and support service providers
- Professional advisers, auditors or legal consultants
- Government, regulatory, tax, law enforcement or legal authorities when required by law
- Buyers, only where required for marketplace operations, order fulfilment, pickup, delivery, return or support
We may use service providers such as OTP and messaging providers, email providers, KYC or verification providers, payment or payout partners, logistics partners and secure storage providers to support seller onboarding, marketplace operations and support workflows.
Depending on the feature used, The Gallore may work with service providers such as MSG91 for OTP/SMS, ZeptoMail or SendGrid for email communication, Cashfree for PAN, GST, bank or KYC verification, Razorpay or RazorpayX for payments, refunds, settlements or payouts, Shiprocket or FedEx for logistics, and Azure cloud or storage services for hosting, files and platform infrastructure.
We do not sell seller personal data to advertisers.
8. Cookies and Tracking
The Seller Portal may use cookies or similar technologies to keep sellers logged in, remember preferences, improve platform performance, monitor errors, prevent misuse and understand usage patterns.
You may control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect seller information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss or alteration.
We use HTTPS or similar secure transmission methods where applicable to help protect data in transit.
However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Sellers should keep login credentials, OTPs and device access secure.
10. Data Retention
We keep seller information for as long as needed for:
- Account and marketplace operations
- Active listings and orders
- Payout, tax, audit and accounting records
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention and dispute resolution
- Platform security and business records
When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize or securely archive it, subject to legal and operational requirements. Push device registrations are deactivated when a seller logs out and may also be removed through account deletion processing.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Request deletion of certain personal information
- Raise a privacy-related complaint or grievance
Some requests may be limited where information is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, order fulfilment or payout purposes.
12. Account Deletion
Sellers can request deletion of their seller account and associated personal data through the Seller Mobile App or through our public Account Deletion page.
Some information may be retained where required for order fulfilment, payouts, refunds, tax, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance or platform security.

13. Children’s Privacy
The Seller Portal is intended for business users and sellers who are legally capable of entering into business arrangements. It is not intended for children or minors.
14. Third-Party Links
The Seller Portal may contain links to third-party websites, tools or services, including payment, verification, logistics, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms. Sellers should review their respective privacy policies.
15. International Processing
Some technology or service providers may process data outside India, subject to applicable law, security safeguards and operational requirements.
16. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
