These Terms of Use explain the rules for sellers, seller representatives and visitors using The Gallore Seller Portal.

The Gallore is a wedding and ethnic fashion marketplace that helps sellers onboard, list products, manage orders, receive payouts and communicate with support.

By accessing or using the Seller Portal, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Seller Portal.

1. Seller Eligibility

You may use the Seller Portal only if you are legally capable of entering into business arrangements.

You may register as:

  • An individual seller
  • A boutique owner
  • A business seller
  • A designer
  • A rental store
  • An authorized representative of a seller or business

You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information during onboarding and while using the platform.

2. Account and Login

Seller access may be provided through email, mobile number, OTP or other verification methods.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login access secure
  • Not sharing OTPs with others
  • Ensuring only authorized users access your seller account
  • Informing The Gallore if you suspect unauthorized access

The Gallore will never ask for your banking passwords, UPI PIN, card PIN or private OTPs for bank login.

3. KYC and Verification

The Gallore may require sellers to complete PAN, GST, bank, address, business or other KYC verification.

Seller approval, listing approval, payouts and certain features may depend on successful verification.

The Gallore may approve, reject, hold or request more information for seller verification based on internal review, risk checks, compliance needs or platform policies.

4. Seller Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing true seller, business, KYC and bank details
  • Listing only products you own, source lawfully or are authorized to sell/rent
  • Providing accurate product descriptions, photos, prices, sizes, conditions and availability
  • Keeping stock, rental availability and service locations updated
  • Fulfilling accepted orders on time
  • Following return, refund, rental and quality-check rules
  • Responding to platform or buyer-related support requests within reasonable time
  • Complying with applicable Indian laws, tax rules and marketplace policies

5. Product Listings

The Gallore may review, approve, reject, hide, pause or remove listings.

A listing may be rejected or removed if it is:

  • Misleading
  • Incomplete
  • Duplicate
  • Poor quality
  • In violation of intellectual property rights
  • In violation of marketplace rules
  • In violation of law
  • Not suitable for The Gallore’s wedding and ethnic fashion focus

The Gallore may edit formatting, category placement or visibility of listings for platform quality, without changing the core seller offer without reason.

6. Product Authenticity and Rights

You must ensure that all product photos, descriptions, brand names, designs, logos and content used in listings are owned by you or used with proper permission.

You must not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, restricted or unauthorized goods.

You are responsible for any claim related to product authenticity, ownership, copyright, trademark, design rights or misleading representation.

7. Buy and Rent Listings

The Gallore may support both sale and rental listings.

Each product may be configured for sale or rent based on platform rules.

For rental listings, sellers must provide accurate rental price, replacement value, condition details, availability, pickup and return details, and included items.

Rental orders may be subject to security deposit, late fees, damage deductions, missing item deductions, cleaning fees, return pickup fees and quality-check rules.

The Gallore may define or update operational rules for rental orders to protect buyers, sellers and platform reliability.

8. Pricing, Fees and Commission

Sellers are responsible for entering correct product price, rent price and related listing details.

The Gallore may charge commission, platform fees, payment charges, logistics charges, return charges, penalties, deductions, taxes or other applicable charges as communicated through seller policies, dashboard, invoice, payout statement or agreement.

Final payout may be adjusted for:

  • Commission
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Cancellations
  • Rental deductions
  • Damage claims
  • Penalties
  • Taxes
  • Logistics or operational charges
  • Any other agreed or applicable platform deductions

9. Orders and Fulfilment

Once an order is received, sellers must process it within the expected timeline.

Sellers should not accept orders they cannot fulfil.

Delayed fulfilment, wrong item dispatch, damaged item dispatch, non-availability, repeated cancellation or poor service may affect seller visibility, payouts, account status or platform access.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations will be handled according to The Gallore’s applicable marketplace policies.

The Gallore may allow, reject or process return/refund requests based on:

  • Product type
  • Order status
  • Buyer complaint
  • Seller response
  • Quality check result
  • Damage or missing item evidence
  • Rental return condition
  • Applicable law and platform rules

Sellers may be responsible for refund, deduction, penalty or loss where the issue is caused by seller error, misrepresentation, delayed fulfilment, poor packaging, defective product or policy violation.

11. Payouts and Settlements

Seller payouts will be processed to verified bank details after applicable checks, settlement timelines and deductions.

Payouts may be held, delayed, adjusted or blocked in case of:

  • Pending KYC
  • Bank verification failure
  • Disputes
  • Returns or refunds
  • Fraud checks
  • Policy violation
  • Legal or regulatory requirement
  • Suspicious activity
  • Incorrect seller information

The Gallore is not responsible for payout failure caused by incorrect bank details provided by the seller.

12. Seller Support and Communication

The Gallore may contact sellers through email, phone, WhatsApp, dashboard notifications or other communication channels for onboarding, verification, listings, orders, returns, payouts and support.

Sellers should ensure that contact details remain updated.

13. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

  • Provide false KYC, GST, PAN, bank or business details
  • Upload fake, copied, misleading or unauthorized product content
  • List counterfeit, stolen, illegal or restricted products
  • Mislead buyers about product quality, size, condition, availability or price
  • Circumvent The Gallore to complete off-platform transactions
  • Misuse buyer data
  • Abuse support, buyers or platform staff
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Use the platform for fraud, money laundering or unlawful activity

14. Account Suspension or Termination

The Gallore may suspend, restrict, deactivate or terminate seller access if:

  • Seller information is false or unverifiable
  • KYC or bank verification fails
  • Seller violates these Terms or platform policies
  • Seller repeatedly fails fulfilment or quality standards
  • Fraud, misuse or suspicious activity is detected
  • Required by law, regulation or authority
  • Platform risk or buyer/seller safety requires action

Where practical, The Gallore may provide reason or opportunity to respond, but immediate action may be taken for serious risk or legal reasons.

15. Platform Availability

The Gallore aims to keep the Seller Portal available and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service failures or events beyond control.

16. Third-Party Services

The Seller Portal may use third-party services for payment, payout, KYC, PAN, GST, bank verification, logistics, hosting, analytics, communication, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Instagram or other operations.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

17. Intellectual Property

The Gallore name, logo, platform design, content, software, layout and brand elements belong to The Gallore or its licensors.

Sellers may not copy, misuse or reproduce The Gallore’s brand assets without permission.

By uploading product content, you allow The Gallore to use, display, resize, format and promote that content for marketplace operations, marketing, discovery, order fulfilment and platform-related purposes.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Gallore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from use of the Seller Portal.

The Gallore’s role is to provide marketplace technology, seller tools, support and operational workflows. Seller remains responsible for product quality, lawful sale/rental rights, fulfilment accuracy and information provided.

19. Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold The Gallore harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs or expenses arising from:

  • Your product listings
  • Your products or services
  • Incorrect seller information
  • KYC or tax issues caused by seller information
  • Intellectual property claims
  • Buyer disputes caused by seller action or omission
  • Violation of law
  • Violation of these Terms or platform policies

20. Changes to These Terms

The Gallore may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Seller Portal after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion with The Gallore support team.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
